TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: February 2025
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Fizzy Group Limited ("we," "our," "us"). We provide a platform that connects individuals seeking physiotherapy services ("Clients") with qualified physiotherapists ("Physios"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
-
Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
-
Physios must be fully qualified, registered with the appropriate professional bodies, and hold valid insurance.
-
By registering, users confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. OUR ROLE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
-
We are a marketplace, not a physiotherapy provider. We do not employ, endorse, or verify any physios.
-
We do not guarantee the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of any physiotherapy services provided.
-
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from services obtained through our platform.
-
Clients accept full responsibility for selecting a physio and engaging in treatment.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
-
Clients pay Physios directly.
-
If payments are handled through our platform:
-
We may charge a service fee or commission (clearly displayed at the time of booking).
-
Payment disputes must be handled between the Client and the Physio. We are not responsible for chargebacks, non-payment, or refund disputes.
-
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
-
Each Physio sets their own cancellation and refund policies. Clients must review these before booking.
-
If a Physio cancels a session, they are responsible for notifying the Client and offering a suitable reschedule or refund.
-
If a Client cancels within the Physio’s cancellation window, they may be charged a cancellation fee.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information about their medical history.
-
Physios must maintain professional conduct and provide services within their professional scope.
-
Misuse of the platform (false bookings, harassment, fraud) may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. DISPUTES & COMPLAINTS
-
Clients and Physios are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
-
If needed, complaints can be reported to us at info@fizzygroup.co.uk, but we do not guarantee mediation or resolution.
-
Serious complaints regarding professional conduct should be reported to the relevant regulatory body.
8. DATA PRIVACY & GDPR COMPLIANCE
-
We collect and store user data in compliance with UK GDPR.
-
By using our platform, you consent to us processing your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
-
We do not share medical or personal information without consent, except where required by law.
9. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY & TECHNICAL ISSUES
-
We aim for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
-
We are not responsible for missed appointments due to technical issues.
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
-
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms.
-
Users may delete their accounts at any time, but past transactions and data may be retained for legal purposes.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
-
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action is pursued.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
-
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
